JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for facilitating and delivering an intervention program to youth and their families using an approved evidence based, medically reviewed curriculum. The Lead Trainer/Facilitator will team with one other staff member to provide the chosen curriculum. The Lead Trainer/Facilitator will coordinate with the data management specialist to ensure the pre and post surveys, attendance are completed. The Lead Trainer will be responsible for classroom management, presentation of the program in a culturally relevant way to participating schools, families and youth. Additionally, the Lead Trainer/Facilitator will be responsible for promoting successful, healthy lifestyles during the program. A job description can be found here. Qualifications:
• Eligible candidates must have demonstrated experience in working with youth in delivering structured programs (3-years’ experience) A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience with middle school age youth
