Joy Satterfield, Training Coordinator, has worked for the Jump Start project for more than a year. She comes to INJ with 6 years of experience working with victims of domestic and sexual violence in a shelter located in Indian Country. She served as the voice for victims of domestic and sexual violence. Ms. Satterfield acquired certifications in (2010) for Hotline Crisis Intervention, Domestic Violence Advocate and SANE Advocate. Part of her duties were to provide intake and coordination for the Batterer’s Intervention Project, informing INJ’s TTA services with a different perspective on working with victims seeking safety. Ms. Satterfield has extensive administrative experience and supports the daily operations, data collection and reporting to OVW.
